The performance of this well-known tale “A Boy and the Wind” strives to vindicate the concept of a “wind-chaser”, at least in the sense attributed to it today.
The little boy in the tale neglects the “sensible advice” of the adults around him and faces the wind and the powers of nature with courage and perseverance, only to learn at the end of the day who the real plunderers are and how to protect himself from them.
The story is narrated with abundant humour and the naiveté of a child. In addition to the puppet characters it brings to life folk items, elements and motives.
