HELL – HEAVEN is a fairy tale spectacle set in-between earth, heaven and hell.
The main character, mother of seven-year-old Teddy – known to club music lovers as DJ Doin’ Alright – goes to heaven. However, she quickly decides that her time is not over and that she must return to her son at all costs. While escaping from the other world, she meets a devil who would like to become a human, an archangel who was once a human, and her own dad, who is only half a human.
This story is being told by Teddy, who has hidden in the closet after mother’s death and does not want to come out. With him we experience the loss and try to reconcile with it.
HELL – HEAVEN is a spectacle about love and changes, which we must accept to live a full life. At the same time, it is about feminine strength, rebellion and disagreement with what fate brings us. It also shows that mothers always MAKE IT.
